Guest Questions Answered

Yes. We offer weekly and monthly RV site rentals. Weekly stays include all utilities. Monthly stays are billed with electricity metered separately at $0.16/kWh. 

Every site includes 2 dedicated parking spaces for your vehicles in addition to your RV. Any additional vehicles beyond the 2 included spaces will need to use our overflow parking area

Our RV park is located just 1 mile from Lake Ray Roberts, giving guests quick access to fishing, boating, swimming, hiking trails, and other outdoor activities nearby.

Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the park for all guests.

Yes, pets are welcome. We have an on-site dog park for your furry family members. When outside the dog park, all pets must remain on a leash and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.

Yes. Our laundry room is open 24/7 for all guests.

Our park offers spacious RV lots designed to accommodate a variety of RV sizes. Please include your RV length and type when submitting a booking request.

Yes, our RV sites include 50-amp and 30-amp hookups that allow guests to easily connect their RV utilities and enjoy a comfortable stay during their visit.

You can request a stay by filling out the booking form on our website. Our team will review your information and respond with availability details.

Yes, our RV park focuses on providing a peaceful environment where guests can relax, enjoy nature, and experience a quiet stay near Lake Ray Roberts.

Guests can enjoy boating, fishing, hiking, wildlife viewing, and relaxing outdoor recreation at Lake Ray Roberts and surrounding areas near Pilot Point, Texas. The DFW Metroplex is also just a short drive from our park, offering endless dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

RV Park Guidelines

Reservations

All reservations must be paid in full. Reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to the arrival date. We do not offer refunds for last minute cancellations and no-shows. Reservations cannot be transferred to different dates.
Reservations require $100 deposit at time of reservation mad. This deposit is fully refundable at check-out if you provide at least 15 days notice and leave your site clean and on time. It will be first applied to your last month’s bill.
Long Term Guest

Parking

RV spaces have two parking spots.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are between 10:00PM and 7:00AM. There will only be one warning for the violation of quiet hours.

Speed Limit

There is a 5 MPH speed limit throughout the park. The speed limit is strictly enforced at all times.

Trash

Household trash must be bagged and placed in dumpster. No furniture, mattresses, appliances or large boxes are permitted.

RV & Site

All RV’s must be FULLY operational. RVs older than ten years must be approved by management prior to arrival. Exterior RV appearance must be well kept and neat. No window air conditioner units. Window coverings must be professional in appearance. No cardboard, wood, tin foil, pillowcases, flags, etc. in windows. Awnings and coverings must be in good condition, free of rips and shredding.
Also, please keep site tidy and clean! No rugs on the grass. Flower pots must be on concrete pad on mowing day. We do not allow household furniture or appliances outside of RV. Satellite dishes must not interfere with mowing and cannot be in the ground because of park infrastructure. Please talk with management before adding any decking, fencing, or exterior structures.
Do not drive or push anything into the ground without managements permission
All units must be hooked up properly to the sewer, water, and electricity. All sewer hose must be off the ground.
No tarps allowed anywhere. Only patio furniture allowed outside on sites.
RV spaces range from 20-50 feet long

Pets

Your friendly Pets are welcome at our RV park. Pets must be on a leash at all times when not inside your RV or a gated fence area. Owners must clean up after their pets, keep them on a leash when walking throughout the park. Pets cannot be left outside when you aren’t home. Nuisance barking will not be permitted. We enforce zero tolerance for aggressive pets! Indoor/outdoor pet cats must be monitored.

Laundry

Our laundry room is open 24/7.

Police

If law enforcement is called to your site for any domestic disturbance, you must vacate the premises immediately following or (at the discretion of owner) by 10:00AM the following morning. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Fires

No open fires are permitted.

Water

No outside watering except for sprinkling potted plants. No RV or vehicle washing.

Wifi

WiFi is complementary.
*Management reserves the right to change these rules as needed. Anyone who fails to comply with these rules that benefit everyone will be asked to leave with no refund (Texas Penal Code 30.5).
